Order AND Delivery

We do everything to process your order as well and as quickly as possible. If your order is received by us before noon, it will be sent the same day. Provided all products are in stock. If this is not the case, we will inform you as soon as possible. We send your order via Packs, after creating the shipping sticker you will receive a track & trace code in your mailbox. You can follow your package via the Packs website. You can also choose to send with PostNL, then you pay a little more shipping costs. If you live outside the Netherlands or on a Wadden island, you will receive your package via PostNL. Of course, you can also pick up your order in The Hague, choose in the webshop for Self Pick up then no shipping costs will be charged. Once your order is ready, you will receive an e-mail.
