Magnesium Bisglycinate is an amino acid chelated form of magnesium that is easily absorbed by the body. Magnesium bisglycinate is a mineral compound. The body is able to absorb part of this compound, the elemental content. The rest of the mineral compound is needed to support the body’s absorption. These Mattisson tablets contain 100mg elemental magnesium per tablet. This 100mg is 27% of the Reference Intake for an average adult (8400 kJ / 2000 kcal).
