Maca  (Lepidium meyenii) is a tuberous plant native to the Andes Mountains. Known as the Peruvian ginseng among the locals. Guarana (Paulinia cupana) is an evergreen climbing plant found in the Amazon region of Brazil. The ripe fruits split in two and contain the seeds. These seeds are processed into the caffeine-containing powder. Acai berry  is a small dark purple fruit that grows on the Acai palm (Euterpe oleracea) in Central and South America. Lucuma  (Pouteria lucuma) is a subtropical fruit from the Andean region of Peru. This fruit has a delicious vanilla caramel taste. Spirulina (Arthrospira platensis) is a microscopic blue-green spiral alga.

Wheatgrass  is made from freshly harvested organic wheat grass in Austria. The wheatgrass grows outdoors under the influence of sunlight and is processed immediately after harvesting.
Cocoa  raw or unroasted cocoa has been used in South America for decades.

Use and store
3 tablespoons (= 2 scoops of approx. 15 g) add to 200 ml homemade smoothie of fruits, vegetables, (rice) milk and / or yogurt or mix with 200 ml of water. Smoothie can be used for breakfast, lunch or snack. Can also be added to dessert, cake or meal.
